• In those rare cases when the bonus did not apply to the deposit (or in case player wanted to take a bonus but did not do it by mistake), he/she should contact our support before placing any bets and we will add the bonus to the account. Please note, that player will not get a bonus in case he/she started placing bets from the deposited money before he got a bonus.
• All type of bonuses have a restriction called wagering. Wagering (same as playthrough or rollover) is the number accompanying these terms informs you how much money a player needs to place in bets before he/she can successfully cashout the winnings made by playing with the bonus.
